Abstract
This paper deals with the administrative order and the reasons for its introducing. It briefly presents the history of the criminal order, with which the administrative order in administrative offence proceedings is historically closely connected.
The paper is devoted to the historical development of the legal regulation what concerns administrative order in administrative offence proceedings and the order issued on the spot committing. In conclusion, it draws attention to the problems of the current legal regulation of administrative order in administrative offence proceedings.
