Abstract
The chapter offers professional scientific commentary on legal titles of termination of employment and their classification, severance pay, immediate termination of employment, termination of employment during probation period, invalid termination of employment, special protection of some employees against termination of employment and some performances provided by the employer at termination of the employment.
