Report from the conference Charter of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms then and today: conception and implementation

Abstract

The article reports on an academic conference, which took place at the Faculty of Law of Charles University on 22-23 September 2021 on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the adoption of the Charter of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms.
