Impact of ESG principles on the provision of financial services and information obligations

Abstract

The paper focuses on a description of the current EU legal regulation aimed at enforcing ESG principles in the financial services sector and points out relevant obligations of financial market participants. It also provides an insight into the current state of implementation of these regulations in the Czech legal system.
