Remuneration rules in the Czech Cororate Governance Code and their comparison with international standarts

Abstract

The chapter analyses the rules of remuneration of members od elected bodies and directors of business corporations regulated in the Czech Corporate governance code. The aim of the chapter is to analyze each rules and their aplicability in the Czech conditions.

The chapter explains which rules are inspired by international practice and also points out the specifics of the functioning of the domestic capital market.
