Remuneration rules in the Czech Corporate Governance Code and their comparison with international standards

Abstract

The presentation analysed the rules of remuneration of members od elected bodies and directors of business corporations regulated in the Czech Corporate governance code. The aim of the presentation was to analyze each rules and their aplicability in the Czech conditions.

The presentation further explained which rules are inspired by international practice and also pointed out the specifics of the functioning of the domestic capital market.
