Abstract
Due to the draft law on collective proceedings, which is currently in interdepartmental comment proceedings, the model of collective proceedings is a current topic in the field of civil procedural law. The government is going to pass the law despite the fact that the European Union is preparing its own regulation in the form of a directive on representative actions to protect the collective interests of consumers, which Member States will have to transpose in the future.
