Legal aspects of health care provision using information and communication technologies (ICT). Outcomes of quantitative and qualitative research

Abstract
The presentation presents the conclusions of a legal analysis focused on the possibilities of using ICT for communication in primary health care. It presents the results of a qualitative research among patients who communicated with their GP via ICT during the COVID - 19 pandemic.
The results of a questionnaire survey focused on patients' experiences with telemedicine in the Czech Republic at the time of COVID - 19 and on barriers and motivators for the use of telemedicine are also presented.
