Neighbor's view of some starting points of an intended Slovak regulation of administrative punishment

Abstract

The new Czech legal regulation of administrative punishment was adopted in 2016. The general concept of administrative liability contained in it has a much broader scope than in the 1990 law.The paper deals with the possibilities of using the Czech experience in finding and preparing a new solution to this issue in the Slovak Republic.
