Abstract
E-learning course developed within the project "Reversed Perspectives and Intercultural Dialogues: Qualification of Bulgarian Language and Literature Teachers. Cross-border Bulgarian Studies".
The course is intended for teachers of Bulgarian language and literature in Bulgaria, as well as for teachers considering retraining, including those who are not Bulgarian citizens, professional teachers, or who have long been detached from the Bulgarian language environment but would like to become teachers of Bulgarian language and literature abroad (in the Czech Republic, the opportunity for such a realization is offered mainly by Sunday schools, which are gaining increasing popularity among representatives of the Bulgarian community. The aim of the course is to present the best practices in teaching Czech literature in Czech secondary schools based on a comparison with the situation in Bulgaria.
It traces how impulses from world (and above all European) literatures have influenced the development of Czech national literature, drawing parallels with Bulgarian literary phenomena, authors and works.
