Abstract

The chapter is devoted to the concept of wages and salary, negotiating wages and determining salary, the concept of minimum wages, guaranteed wages and the employer's obligation to provide its employees with equal pay for equal work, mandatory wage or salary supplements, wages or salary in case of a transfer to another work, remuneration for the on-call time, maturity and payment of wages, salary and remuneration rising from the agreement on work performed outside the employment relationship and last but not the least the average earnings.
