Within the context of a communicative-functional grammar, part of speech can also be differentiated functionally-pragmatically. From this point of view, highly relevant units include "small words" such as interjections or particles, which can function as crucial illocutionary indicators in speech acts.
This contribution first presents an analysis of the lexicographic treatment of interjections in German-Czech dictionaries to date, looking at them primarily from the user's perspective. The aim is to give an overview of possible problems in the lexicographical process and to present concrete solutions for their entry in an academic dictionary.
The main focus of this article is on how pragmatics is taken into account in the microstructure of dictionary entries. On the basis of the specific sample dictionary entry of the lemma "ach", it is shown which particular steps have to be followed in the lexicographic process.
Finally, proposals for solutions are presented, such as the exact structuring of meanings, meta-linguistic description of these meanings as well as the inclusion of dialogical examples.
