"The norms of collation are set because the law presumes equal love for all children." This statement, more than anywhere else, is true with respect to the legal regulation of a collation c.r.c. Section 1664 of The Czech Civil Code.
It contains a legal norm which is the fulfilment of the principle of family solidarity and which serves to protect the equality of the testator's children, more precisely descendants. This article deals with the interpretation of the provision mentioned above and the legal norm contained therein.
