Reform of pre-service teacher training from foeld didactics' point of view

Abstract

The conference presentation was focused on questions of pre-gradual teacher training from their didactical training's point of view. Students' selection, their motivation for the job choice, goals and limits of pre-service training, needs of alumni support after they transfer to practice and, last, but not least, subsequent in-service teacher training were discussed.
