Is Gait Dysfunction a Prominent Sign of Isolated Rapid Eye Movement Sleep Behavior Disorder?

Abstract

Letter comments on an inappropriate statistical method of previous work, which therefore did not answer convincingly to the question of whether the gait disorder is a symptom of an isolated behavior disorder in REM sleep. However, instrumental analysis of gait remains a promising method of examining movement disorders with potential significance for further understanding of their mechanisms.
