Abstract
The strategic plan of the Linka bezpečí (Safety line) for the period 2023 - 2025. Part of its creation was the revision of the mission, formulation of the current organizational vision and organizational values.
Last but not least, strategic goals were set and a draft of a new organizational structure was created. The resulting strategy was approved by the board of directors.
