I conceive the presented article as the initial stage of my starting dissertation work "Music education in classes with extended physical education at primary school". The existence of classes with extended TV is made possible by the current legislation and the RVP ZV, but long-term experience shows that the existing school educational programs and thematic plans of individual subjects do not accept the specifics of students concentrated in these classes.
The focus of the project will be pedagogical-psychological diagnostics of students in classes with extended physical education. Only on the basis of obtaining relevant data on personality structure, performance cognitive functions, speed of processing questions, diligence of work performance, motivational factors, mental abilities, verbal, logical and numerical intelligence and other factors will I create and apply diagnostic material to test and describe the music of these students ( there is no standardized test in the Czech Republic).
The expected research sample consists of 118 students from 5.-9. classes. The implementation and evaluation of general psychological and musical psychological tests will be followed by our own pedagogical research striving for functional modification of pedagogical procedures and contents in music education in classes with extended physical education.
