Art education has undergone a dramatic development since the 1990s, which was only partly related to the advent of new technologies. Despite the unfavorable situation around the time allowance, it was again exposed to a change in the educational content as a result of a small revision.
What was behind the whole transformation? The article presented here becomes an imaginary reconstruction of the events that led to a small revision. It brings an interconnected structure of key phenomena that resulted in a reduction of the time allowance of the educational area of Art and Culture and a change in the content of the Art Field.
In the eyes of the professional public, it aroused embarrassment over the future and unclear development of the entire field.
