The first part of the lecture was dedicated to Adriena Šimotová's collection entitled Mapping the Space – Body of the Monastery (Hostinné), created during the author's last stay in the former Franciscan monastery in Hostinné in 1989. In this perspective, then, the relations between history and tradition.
And then, in the context of the author's work, relationships of succession, present, duration and eternity. In relation to Jiří John's work, attention was paid to the overall context of his prematurely closed lifelong work and, in this perspective, his reflection on the relationship between historicity and nature's time.
