Abstrakt
The article focuses on the youth being sentenced and their approach to education within the Czech Republic. A brief analysis based on the data acquired from the pedagogues who meet the imprisoned juveniles on every day basis will be given.
The problems arising from the process of education will be described as well. The analysis focuses on the data from 1992 to 2019.
