Abstrakt
The presentation (Friday 26th of August) reviewed an exceptional find of animal remains from the archaeological excavation at the former Baroque Camaldulese monastery in Nitra-Zobor hill. Fasting and consumption of aquatic animals were discussed.
The new results on the analysis of the sturgeon bones conducted in 2022 has been presented and incorporated to the formerly known results.
