Abstract
The musically dramatic piece "Visionary dimension of Czech folk song" (screenplay, direction, musical arrangements by Milena Kmentová) was performed at the 38th meeting of folk musicians on September 24, 2022 in Prague. M.
Kmentová (accompanying word, conductor) and A. Daněk (accompanying word, cello) performed together with the children of the children's folklore ensemble Kytice.
The piece is an example of updating as an approach to folklore material when presenting it to today's children and viewers.
