Abstract
The article focuses on the practical and theoretical problems of virtual oral hearings in international arbitration proceedings. In particular, the article reflects on the experience from the period of the COVID-19 pandemic, in which oral hearings were practically impossible with regard to the international aspect of these proceedings.
