Was a nation? Kazakhstan national question in the retrospective of the soviet and pos-soviet era

Abstract

In this article, author represents his own vision about the key problems of Kazakh national identity creation in soviet and postsoviet period. Building on the constructivist approach, author eventually cares about the opportunity of Kazakh national self-consciousness' preservation after the collapse of the global system of market relations
