The paper is devoted to the issue of burnout syndrome in response to work performance and the work environment, which emphasizes the effects of this disease on the health and safety of employees. It also analyzes the employer's ability to create preventive measures in the field of working conditions of vulnerable employees with an emphasis on psychosocial risks and reducing the level of these risks.
It deals mainly with the issue of the origin of this disease, its consequences for the life of the employee and for the employer in terms of sustainability of the performance of such an affected employee.
