Innovative approaches in quality frameworks for social services

Abstrakt

There have been many different approaches to defining and measuring quality in health and social care services. During this workshop we will explore few of the most commonly used approaches to inspire service providers with no to limited expertise in quality processes on how this can support them in improving the quality of their services and consequently the quality of life of the people they support.
