30 years of nature and landscape protection in the jurisprudence of the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic

Abstract

The author summarizes important findings of the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic in the context of the lapse of 30 years from the effective date of Act No. 114/1992 Coll., on nature and landscape protection.
