The publication makes available theoretical knowledge about formative assessment, its strategies, tools and possibilities of its implementation in the teaching of natural sciences, mathematics and informatics. The theory is supplemented with examples, concrete tools and techniques of formative assessment and examples from teaching.
The content of the second subject part of the publication are practical examples of strategies and tools of formative assessment on selected topics of natural science subjects (biology, physics, chemistry), mathematics and computer science with a view to emphasizing their didactic effectiveness.
