Abstract
Rewrite the articles of association, or the proper definition of the business of a business corporation according to the Supreme Court The article analyzes the decision of the Supreme Court from last year regarding the vagueness of the definition of the business of business corporations. He elaborates on why this is not a surprising decision and why it does not pose as much of a threat to business corporations as it has sometimes been presented.
However, the decision represents another significant contribution to the formulation of relations between the bodies of business corporations.
