Abstrakt
The chapter analyses the legal framework applicable to the domestic deployment of armed forces in the Czech Republic, one of the countries which has had a relatively long, albeit rather unproblematic, tradition of using army for certain internal purposes throughout its history and the history of its predecessor, Czechoslovakia. It seeks to contribute to the international debate on military call-out laws, namely the legal framework applicable to domestic deployment of armed forces and the guarantees against abuse in this context.
