Service Quality in the Context of Transition of Young Persons with Intellectual Disabilties

Abstrakt

Transition of young persons with intellectual disabilties from to school or from family environment to other settings requires multisectoral co-operation of different support agencies. A framework for assessing quality of support services presented draws on results of analysing quality assessement implemented in a number of systems.

The framework applies both objective and subjective indicators to assess quality of support from perspective of different stakeholders including service users..
