Abstract
The study deals with surroudings of the Kuttenberg Edict edited by Czech king Wenceslas IV. This Edict changed basicly situation at Prague University fot the benefit of Czech university community (so called Edict of Kuttenberg, 1409).
It was further object of the study the task of Master John Hus concerning origin of this Edict. The Edict of Kuttenberg is interpreted so at institutional, national and social level as a important marker of history of medieval University in the Central Europe.
