Abstract
Review of book2024 - Les Jeux olympiques n ont pas eu lieu gives the critical view on the preparation of Olympics in Paris. The review wants to show to the Czech society, that sport must not always contribute positively to the societal development.
From authors' text the mostly are chosen and discussed questions of sustainability in sport and "democratic" character of Olympic movement.
