Abstract

Chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) is characterized by chromosomal translocation t(9; 22), producing fusion gene BCR-ABL which plays a key role in CML development through its influence on signal transduction pathways. Here we compare changes in gene expression during two accelerations in one CML patient.
