Law as Limit and Compensation for Property Damage Caused by a Lucrative Tort Committed by a Member of Statutory Body

Abstract
The paper deals with the justification of Law as Limit theory and selected issues concerning the enforcement of damages by a corporation. In the first part of the paper, the author defends the Law as Limit theory in the Czech law.
In the second part, the author focuses on selected issues concerning compensation of a harm, namely, compensatio lucri cum damno, rightful alternative behaviour and inconsistent behaviour.
