Abstract
The collective monograph brings together texts by Czech experts in the fields of social ethics, socio- logy and economics, who aim to reflect on the changes in the world of work in relation to current trends in the social and economic spheres. On the one hand, it seeks to address the fundamental questions of the meaning of work and its role in human life, but on the other hand, it also endeavours to understand the structural processes determined by globalisation, the digital revolution, and tax, social, family and educational policies.
It also aims to outline possible solutions to existing problems.
