Abstract

The intention was to compare court decisions that are less than a hundred years apart and to find out, especially through the tools of legal linguistics, how the form of this specific area of applied law has changed in recent years, as well as how its subjects have changed. The main support for comparative research was the KWords application, which is part of the "A Needle in a Haystack" project, whose participants are Charles University in Prague together with Brown University in the USA.

The source of court decisions was the application created within the National Legal Heritage project of the Institute of State and Law of the Czech Academy of Sciences and the application of Court Decisions and the case law of the Ministry of Justice of the Czech Republic
