Abstract
How can we work with intercultural mixed groups? This is a question, which the author asks together with 50 participants of presented researches. She presents interviews with Roma and non-Roma elites, former pupils, teachers and directors of several schools surrounding disadvantaged areas as well as mixed group of non-actors working by means of theatre of the oppressed method.
