Abstract
The article focuses on the impact of the Court of Justice of the European Union in the Kemwater ProChemie case. The article first introduces the core arguments included in the case decision and then follows with an analysis of the related case law with the aim to indicate the possible course of future case law.
In the last part of the article, the author provides thoughts on the possible impacts of the Kemwater ProChemie case.
