Abstract
The article is an evaluation of the importance and conrtibution of Vít Gregor's publication. It summarizes the most important findings in the field of piano performing art.
It deals with the authors of compositions and, above all, provides insight into the quality, meaning and sense of their work and artistic discipline in connection with the contemporary performing arts, with the European cultural heritage and with the pedagogical aspects of this artistic legacy.
