Abstract
The authors address the question of how to facilitate the possible access of third-country nationals to the labour market. The article discusses two proposals that have been discussed in recent months between the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs and other government bodies as possible tools to support selected employers and employees. The institute of the reliable employer and the preferential migration point system can be presented as possible instruments to support selected employers and employees.
