Computer data processing using artificial intelligence is becoming a daily routine in the public sector, as well as in the commercial sphere, and thus, essentially affects various personal areas of life. With the significant development of algorithmic decision-making in data processing by means of the machine learning technology, ethical aspects represent an important part of professional discussions in the development, deployment and use of systems with various levels of autonomous decision-making processes of artificial intelligence.
The paper aims to acquaint professionals and the general public with ethical principles that are discussed across the various artificial intelligence ethics guidance literature, with some ethical implications that arise from the development, implementation and use of autonomous and intelligent systems, and introduces challenges related to establishing the appropriate ethical framework from a practical perspective.
