Abstrakt
The current volume, edited on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the ECHR, provides an overview of the history and theory of the ECHR and its application by the European Court of Human Rights, its relationship with other human rights monitoring bodies and procedures, its applicability to business corporations, various reform initiatives, as well as new challenges.
