The chapter deals with the topic of psychological research based on the analysis and interpretation of verbal communication using methods of computational linguistics and natural language processing. In the text, we present two psychological-linguistic studies focused on the description of relationships between verbal communication (its form and content) and social/personal-ity characteristics of the communicating person.
The chapter aims to acquaint the reader with the possibilities of utilization of the CLARIN Linguistic Tools in current psychological research and to give examples of available methodological solutions and good practice.
