Abstract
In the study, the author focuses on the theoretical and legal background for the digital market and the global digital market in Europe. The study follows on from a published study focused on the theoretical and legal background for the European and Slovak context of digitalization from the viewpoing of global digital markets' legal aspects as a topical issue of the digital era.
