Abstract
The goal of the project was the optimization of the of the synthesis of zeolite Beta, industrially used for benzene alkylation with propylene and ethylene. This zeolite has a large potential for the applications in other industrial processes.
With regard to the most appropriate price and reasonable time synthesis we aimed at the preparation of hierarchic zeolite Beta with large external surface and Si/Al molar ratio = 11-12 and scaling up of the synthesis for consecutive optimization of catalytic tests.
