Abstract
The chapter provides a commentary on the manner of enforcement by ordering a receivable, including the assignment of a receivable from a financial institution and the impairment of other rights (including a share in a business corporation). As part of the 1st update of the 3rd edition of the publication, major changes have been added to reflect amendments to the Civil Procedure Code, new case law and new specialist literature on the subject
