Abstract
The solution resulted in the creation of a functional ELISA kit for the measurement of MUCfs in plasma consisting of: anti-MUCfs and anti-MUC1 antibodies, 96-well plate (Thermo-Fisher, NUNC, Maxisorp), calibration standards (P523 and P-524-1), blocking solution (1% BSA solution (Sigma-Aldrich, Prague, Czech Republic) 0. 05% Tween 20 (Sigma-Aldrich, Prague, Czech Republic) in 1x PBS, dilution solution (0.1% BSA (Sigma-Aldrich, Prague, Czech Republic) 0.05% Tween 20 (Sigma-Aldrich, Prague, Czech Republic) in 1x PBS), wash solution (0.05% Tween 20 (Sigma-Aldrich, Prague, Czech Republic) in 1x PBS), final wash solution (1xPBS), TMB substrate (Thermo Fisher) and enzymatic reaction stopping solution (1M H2SO4).
