Exercise work to illegal immigrants and the associated legal implications

Abstract

The author deals with the rights of non-EU foreigners in the Czech Republic. One example is the regulation of social rights, the Czech Republic, along with Slovenia, Greece and the Netherlands, has adapted the form of individual rights directly in the Constitution.
