Definition of Ultimate Beneficial Owners of Business Corporations Again Altered as of October 1st

Abstract

The paper introduces a significant amendment to the act on the register of ultimate beneficial owners (Nr. 245/2022 coll.) and provides a survey of the main changes, which the amendment brought about as of October 1st 2022 in the definition of ultimate beneficial owners of business corporations.
